1.1 Dynamic Health Today (“DHT”) is the trade name of a telemedicine / telehealth platform of, an online platform designed, owned, developed and operated by Dynamic Health Today (Pty) Ltd (Reg. no. No.2016/229172/07 incorporated in the Republic of South Africa, with its registered office at 1 Hogsback Avenue, Quellerina, Gauteng, South Africa.

  1. 1.2  This Privacy Policy stipulates how Dynamic Health Today (Pty) Ltd (“DHT”) treats personal information collected electronically when you are on DHT’s online platform. DHT respects your privacy and your personal information and for this reason, DHT takes all reasonable measures, in accordance with this Policy, to protect your personal information and to keep it confidential.
  2. 1.3  DHT is committed to protecting the integrity, confidentiality and privacy of the personal information you submit. Online registration automatically collects website usage of information from you when you register.

  3. 3.4  DHT may collect other sensitive information which may include details of an individual’s racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, and health information, diagnosis, consultations of a therapeutic nature, electronic communication between the User and our Providers.



    1. 4.1  DHT takes reasonable steps to ensure the security of personal information that it holds, regardless of the form in which that information is held. This will include taking reasonable steps to prevent the misuse or loss of this information, or unauthorised disclosure, access to, or modification of this information.
    2. 4.2  Where the information is held in electronic form, access will be controlled by user logins and passwords, and restriction of access only to persons who need to have that access in the course of the company’s business activities.



    1. 5.1  This information is recognised by our servers and the pages that you visit are recorded. We shall not under any circumstances, divulge your e-mail address to any person who is not an employee or contractor of ours and who does not need to know, either generally or specifically.

Cookies do not give us access to your system or your personal data.

    1. 8.1  DHT uses the collected data for administration and aggregation purposes and solely for that purpose. DHT ensures safekeeping of data and will only disclose data to official agencies if required by law.
    2. 8.2  DHT employees, Independent contract providers and any other associates are by the very nature of their professions and duties, required to keep strict confidentiality of collected data.



    1. 9.1  DHT may commission other service providers who will be bound by our privacy policies as far as they may be required to have access to our customers’ personal information to perform their services.

10.1  This information is never taken by us either through our website or otherwise. At the point of payment, you are transferred to a secure page on the website of Ltd or some other reputable payment service provider. 10.4.2  We do not keep all your data, so as to prevent the possibility of our duplicating a transaction without a new instruction from you.

10.4.3  Access to your information is restricted to authorised staff only.

10.4.4 We automatically delete your information when the card expires.

10.5 If we ask you questions about your financial information, we shall show partial detail [the first four OR the last four digits of the debit or credit card number], only enough to identify the card(s) to which we refer.



11.1 To assist in combating fraud, we share information with credit reference agencies, so far as it relates to Users or customers who instruct their credit card issuer to cancel payment to us without having first provided an acceptable reason to us and given us the opportunity to refund their money.
